The British Red Cross site has a Miss Julia Banks, of Laneside, Tettenhall, serving with the Tettenhall Working Party Reg. No. 5252 from 24 October 1917 until 11 December 1918.

This is, in fact, Harriet Julia Banks, who was living with her sister Evelyn at that address in 1911. She was born in Wolverhampton in 1856, the daughter of Edward and Harriett C. Banks. She does not appear to have ever married, and died at the age of 81 in Bilston on 11 December 1937. The value of her effects was £6667 0s. 2d.
