The brother of William and Edward, Isaiah was born in 1900 and also served in the First World War. Like his brothers, he was educated at Walsall Street School

On his 18th birthday in January 1918, Isaiah enlisted, first serving with the Leicestershire Regiment (number 6/38651) and then with the 5th Battalion of the Devonshire Regiment (number 72068). He was killed in action on 29 August 1918, and is commemorated at the Vis-en-Artois Memorial.
